"First of all I would like to thank you for introducing me to your InTouch CRM and email marketing system. It is rare these days that I would rave about any software applications but in this instance I can honestly say that I am genuinely impressed with this system. Not only because it is extremely affordable to anyone, but it is incredibly easy to use. After experience of using and administrating many ‘corporate’ systems which are vastly more costly and more complicated, I would be more than happy to recommend the IRUN InTouch CRM solution to anyone who needs a customer management system integrated with an email marketing tool.
After attending the IRUN weekly workshop about CRM systems, my initial thoughts were that the system seemed really well put together and would be a useful tool for any business to have. I particularly liked the fact that it was a web-based application so we did not need to worry about backing up my data and liked the ability to access my data from any computer, anywhere in the country. We were able also to have a free trial use of the system, where we could input real data and see how easy it was to use and after that we were hooked. "
