First of all thank you for reading about me!  If you really want to find out more give me a call so we can have a chat but for now here is a short breakdown of what I do.

For the past thirty years I have been involved in sales, marketing and customer service. In career that started with British Telecom and which now helps a wide range of customers in the Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) sector.  From a few coaching calls with those who want to develop their telemarketing skills through to major projects involving a full marketing, sales and service programme, I have helped companies in a wide range of sectors and of sizes.

I enjoy helping companies in the small to medium sector to meet the challenges of sales and customer service through my consultancy, marketing services, coaching and training programmes. My marketing services are provided through my involvement with Irun Business Intelligence.
