Steve Darnell
Managing Director
Co-founder of IRUN with Daniel Plowright; Steve has an impressive track record in technical arena covering management, sales and marketing in both corporate and SME sector.
The IRUN story began when Steve and Dan were working as Business Development Consultants helping a varied cross section of clients increase sales and profits and the realisation that the advice, products and services provided to SME’s was in many cases sadly lacking. IRUN delivered software and supported many web developers and marketing consultants until 2007 when IRUN morphed into its current form to deliver services directly to end users.
Over the years Steve and IRUN have amassed an unparalleled depth and breadth of expertise in marketing and business development and have trained and mentored dozens of internet marketing and business development specialists and consultants.
Daniel Plowright
Commercial Director
Daniel has extensive account management and business development experience with the UK’s largest retailers and consumer brands. Delivered multi-million pound growth during a successful corporate career Daniel also enjoys a successful track record providing Business Development and Internet Consultancy for many varied types of business.

Andrew Allen
Customer Support
Andrew joined IRUN in 2005 bringing with him many years of experience in providing first class customer support and project management gained within the SME and corporate sectors including major food retailers and government bodies.
Andrew fully understands the importance of meeting customer’s requirements and expectations when it comes to delivery and implementation of the services provided by IRUN.
Suzanne Chenery
Office Manager / Web Designer
Suzanne initially joined IRUN as an Office Manager after serving several years in senior secretarial roles. Over time Suzanne’s artistic capabilities were recognised and her interest in web design and graphic design started to be utilised. Suzanne also supports the network with her knowledge of our CRM and Drupal systems along with general technical enquiries.
Sarah Green
Customer Support / Website Development
Sarah joined our team in 2010 and started off as a marketing and administrative assistant but has progressed within the company through her own initiative.
Sarah now has a vast knowledge base on our Drupal platform her knowledge varies between the basics and the more in-depth technical side.
Sarah Has recently started working with our development team building bespoke websites she also deals with the technical problems and support on our Drupal websites.
Sarah is a very valued member of the team at IRUN.
Jennifer Douch
Customer Support
Jennifer joined the IRUN team in 2011 as part of a work experience program, and progressed to become a full member of the team, now managing the monthly marketing support contracts.
From doing daily tweeting for customers, to writing newsletters and blog posts, Jennifer is developing a knowledge of good internet marketing practice and how to use this knowledge to help customers develop their business.
